Endings

You know how you spend days, weeks, YEARS waiting for something. And then it happens and you almost forget the significance.
That happened to me yesterday. Yesterday was my last day of uni. Last day EVER. : ) (just an exam to go).

I was so focused on getting assignments finished, making appointments to see careers adviser's, finishing my portfolio (I love how it turned out), that it wasn’t until I was pulling into the car park that I remembered “hey, this is the last time I’ll do this.”
I tried to be all nostalgic in my break and wander through the library but let’s face it – I never really liked uni. I love early childhood and learning about teaching – but the going to classes, people everywhere, writing essays; not my thing.

I know I'm not an intellectual. I struggle with understanding academic writing and also writing it for myself. Give me a lesson plans and observations any day. Which  is a good thing, because that's my ultimate goal; being a teacher.

Good Luck Erin ... although I reckon you'll do it without luck!
