I've been looking around the net to find out tricks, I think I need to add more copha to thin it out and make it more runny so it coats more easily.

Cake Truffles
These were suppose to be my first attempt at cake pops. Unfortunately I didn't have any sticks and the chocolate was too thick so it was rather clumpy. But they still tasted delicious :). Yum, yum, yum.
